Blue Springs—Lois May Walters Hill, 84, died December 26, 2017, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. She was born March 9, 1933, in Colesburg, IA., to Dale and Margaret Bray Walters. She was a member of Blue Springs Baptist Church. She was retired from Cooper Tire Co.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 30, 2017, at United Funeral Service with Bro. Don McCutcheon and Bro. Jeff Watts officiating. Burial will be in Ellistown Cemetery. United Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.

She is survived by 1 daughter: Debra Bishop (Ray) of Guntown; 2 sons: Doug Hill (Melinda) and Bill Hill (Christy) both of Blue Springs; 1 sister: Helen Jennings of Manchester, IA; 1 brother: Jim Walters of Guttenburg, IA; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and her best friend and running buddy: Carolyn Lackey.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: William “Junior” Hill; 2 brothers: Darrell Walters and John Walters; and her in-laws: Claude and Lavada Hill.

Pallbearers will be Jordan Hill, Jackie Hill, Jackson Hill, Ray Bishop, Matt Mink, and Joey Scruggs.

Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, December 29, 2017, at United.
