Luncheon with Books to hear discussion of early Southeast Indians

Maury E. Miller III will discuss his book Remnants of America’s Southeast Aboriginals Tuesday, January 15, at the New Albany Library’s Luncheon with Books.

Mr. Miller graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Earth Science from the Geology Department and a degree in History from the History Department. Since the 1970’s, he has given archaeological presentations and installed archaeological/anthropological displays in public libraries and Tennessee State Parks. His installations bring American Indian awareness to people of all ages, giving glimpses into the material remnants of past cultures in the Southeast.

A light lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 AM followed by Mr. Miller at noon.
