BNA Bank announces highest ever dividends

NEW ALBANY, MISSISSIPPI; BNA Bank president and CEO, Bo Collins, announced that the board of directors of BNA Bancshares, holding company of BNA Bank, has declared a cash dividend of $2.20 per Class A shares, and $2.42 per Class B shares. This represents the largest cash dividend ever paid by BNA Bank, as earnings year to date (11/30/16) were $5,506,945 as compared to $5,179,955 at 11/30/2015.

Both Class A and Class B shares have recently been trading in the low $60’s. The assets of the bank were $459,936,487 as compared to $440,970,148 on 1/1/16.

BNA Bancshares currently has over 800 shareholders in the northeast Mississippi area with the bank having offices in New Albany, Belden, Saltillo, and Myrtle with a loan production office in Oxford.
