MS Statehood Bicentennial, Pioneer Days being celebrated at museum

New Albany, MS– Beginning on October 13th with a luncheon and a lecture presented by the Department of Archives and History, and continuing until Saturday afternoon, October 15th, the Union County Heritage Museum will host exhibits celebrating the upcoming 200th anniversary of Mississippi’s statehood, and the popular Pioneer Days “living history” exhibits.  The flag exhibit ends Friday, October 14th.

Saturday activities are free, and open to all.
