Myrtle writer to sign his World War II book at museum, September 9th

New Albany, MS- World War II experiences and memories reflect such intensity of the dark hours of human drama, and those of Murray Coffey from Myrtle, Mississippi, are no exception.

In the midst of some of those darkest hours, such as the discovery of the first Concentration Camp, and many others, are part of a new book the Myrtle native has written telling these stories in World War II and My Military Memories.

He will be at the Union County Heritage Museum for a book signing on Friday, September 9, at 12 noon.  The event is come and go and the public is invited.
